Hard Plastic Scraps Single Screw Pelletizing line

We have a dedicated single screw pelletizing line for rigid plastic scrap. The pelletizing process consists of feeding, main screw plasticizing, screen changer filtration, second stage plasticizing, water-ring pelletizing, dewatering and collection.

Output from 200kg/hr up to 1200kg/hr.
Suitable for specialized plastic recycling plants and pelletizing plants, the equipment has many advantages such as low energy consumption, stable output, easy maintenance, long service life and cost-effectiveness.

Screw feeding machine

Used to convey PP/HDPE solid materials to the extruder’s feeding hopper.

Dosing feeder

Under the rotation of the internal screw, the material is effectively fed into the extruder mainframe.

Mainframe

The material is pushed forward along the internal screw while the plasticizing process takes place.

Meshless Drain Filter

The use is the same as the screen filter, used to filter the impurities in the material and can be automatically discharged, reducing the cost of labor.

Extruder submachine

Used for caching plasticized materials, stabilizing pressure, and stabilizing production.

Screen changer filter

There is a double-station screen changing unit, which can realize the screen changing without stopping, and filter the impurities of the materials in one step to improve the quality of the particles.

Water ring cutter

Horizontal water ring pelletizer can cut the melted and plasticized materials into cake-like particles, with the advantages of occupying small space and saving labor.

Dehydrators & Vibrating Screens

For removing water from particles and separating similar sized particles under the action of a vibrating screen.
